Morning Smoothie for Two

In a blender: 2 banana’s (break in pieces)3 scoops of homemade vanilla yogurt or Stoneyfield Farms/Dannon French Vanilla6-8 ice cubes2 tablespoons of golden flax seeds (be sure to grind in a coffee grinder first for maximum anti-inflammatory benefits)¾ cup of fresh or frozen blueberries (great antioxidant benefits). Can substitute with any fruit. Great with fresh

1 ready-made pie crust, thawed (you could make your own too) 3 eggs1 ½ cups milk¼ cup sliced onion¼ teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper½ of a 10 oz package of chopped frozen spinach, thawed & drained¼ cup sliced, pitted ripe olives½ teaspoon rosemary½ teaspoon mint (crushed)1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese½ cup crumbled feta cheese1 Tbsp flour
