Morning Smoothie for Two

In a blender:

2 banana’s (break in pieces)
3 scoops of homemade vanilla yogurt or Stoneyfield Farms/Dannon French Vanilla
6-8 ice cubes
2 tablespoons of golden flax seeds (be sure to grind in a coffee grinder first for maximum anti-inflammatory benefits)
¾ cup of fresh or frozen blueberries (great antioxidant benefits). Can substitute with any fruit. Great with fresh cherries, cantaloupe, peaches, etc.
2 cups of skim milk (or more depending on thickness preference)
