Boil pasta, preferably small type like elbows, shells etc. Meanwhile sauté the following in olive oil:
Diced onions, garlic cloves, green peppers, mushrooms (optional) white navy beans or kidney beans, maybe even chick peas to make it exciting! Add sauce gradually until absorbed.
Combine ala dente pasta with above ingredients and serve.
